Easy Baked Brie with Cherry Rosemary Jam

It’s warm, melty, a little sweet, a little savory, and looks like something you’d order at a wine bar… but it comes together in under 20 minutes. Perfect for holidays, dinner parties, or those evenings when friends drop by unexpectedly and you want something easy but elevated.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese 8–12 oz
  • cup cherry jam or cherry preserves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 –2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • For serving: sliced apples crackers, or crusty bread

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Place the Brie on a small oven-safe dish or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cherry jam and chopped rosemary.
  • Spoon the jam mixture over the top of the Brie.
  • Sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped pecans.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the Brie is soft and melty but still holding its shape.
  • Serve immediately with apples, crackers, or warm bread.

Notes

Variations to Try
    •    Swap cherry jam for fig, cranberry, or apricot
    •    Add a drizzle of hot honey for a sweet-heat twist
    •    Use thyme instead of rosemary for a softer herb flavor
