8Large Eggs
1CCottage Cheese
1/4CHalf & HalfOr milk of choice

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x13 in. casserole dish with cooking spray or butter. Place all of the croissants in the baking dish, spreading them out to fill up the dish and make the base layer. Next, place the ham in with the croissants. Spread it out evenly among the dish, I like to tuck it in between the croissants.
Now to prepare the egg mixture crack the eggs into the blender, and add the cottage cheese, half & half, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the egg mixture on top of the ham and croissants evenly.
Top the casserole with the shredded cheese, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle desired amount of Italian Seasoning over the top. Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set.
Notes
Note: The cottage cheese adds a lot of extra protein but also some added moisture. When it is set it won't be super firm but it should not be runny.
